I’m excited to introduce Sleep Assist – it’s an optimized blend that includes Magnesium Threonate aka Magtein, Magnesium Bisglycinate, L-Theanine, and Apigenin. It helps with relaxation, improving sleep quality and maintaining a normal circadian rhythm. Also, Magtein® is a patented form of Magnesium that is clinically proven to support quality sleep. Just take 2-4 capsules about 1 hour before bed, and it can help you ease into sleep!

The product is melatonin-free, which means there is no tolerance being built from taking our product, nor will you form a dependence on the ingredients.
